Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.
Delivery Times
United States: 7-15 business days
United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Some products may ship from different fulfilment locations, so items in the same order can occasionally arrive separately and at different times. We will always aim to keep you informed if this is the case.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at remy@meyerickstore.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund. For packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received, please also contact us so we can assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist in redirecting a package where possible.
